These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and jj444 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jj444 website located at https://jj444.cam and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered through the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

jj444 is an English-language online gaming and sports betting information platform designed for Pakistani players. The Platform covers cricket betting markets (including PSL T20 and ICC tournaments), live casino games, sports betting and other gaming content. All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

The following defined terms are used throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain a jj444 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform under any prior account.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party when registering or placing bets.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during the registration process.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each User is strictly permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jj444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit all bonus balances without prior notice.

3.2 Age Verification

jj444 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously. The Platform may request documentary proof of age at any stage. Deposits may be withheld and withdrawals refused pending satisfactory age verification. If a User is found to be under the minimum required age, their account will be closed immediately and all deposits will be returned after deducting any winnings derived from underage play.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. jj444 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email or telephone.

4.1 Account Security Obligations

• You must use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• You must notify jj444 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• jj444 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access attributable to your failure to maintain adequate password security.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, jj444 requires satisfactory completion of its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Required documentation typically includes a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address, and where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is classified as inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal or bet activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jj444 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable operator policy. Users will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied, and account closure for inactivity will only proceed after due notice.

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jj444 supports a range of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and direct bank transfer. The listing of these payment providers is for reference context only and does not imply their endorsement of, affiliation with, or support for gambling activities.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and displayed at the point of transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• jj444 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which jj444 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are reflected in your PKR account balance upon confirmed receipt by the Platform.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to a verified bank account held in your name.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change.
• jj444 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as a fraud-prevention measure.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are only permitted after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and to any specific rules applicable to the individual sport, market or game type. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific or market-specific rules shall take precedence over general rules.

6.1 General Betting Provisions

• A bet is accepted and binding once you receive a confirmation message and the stake is deducted from your account balance.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the User except where a specific cash-out feature is available and active for that market.
• jj444 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, system malfunction or manifest pricing error is identified. In such cases, the stake is returned to the User's balance.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event in a pre-match market (late bets) may be voided at jj444's discretion.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets available on jj444 include Pakistan Super League (PSL) T20 fixtures, ICC World Cup tournaments, bilateral Test, ODI and T20I series, and other major international and domestic cricket competitions. All cricket bets are governed by the applicable cricket betting rules published on the Platform, which address scenarios including rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications, match abandonments and player substitutions.

6.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuations. jj444 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during critical moments such as wickets falling, penalties, or red cards. Bets accepted during a brief market suspension period may be voided if placed at materially incorrect odds due to system latency.

jj444 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general conditions.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds unless stated otherwise.
• jj444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse or exploitation.
• Bonuses are issued on a one-per-household, one-per-IP-address and one-per-device basis unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Deposit bonuses require a qualifying deposit of the minimum amount specified in the promotion terms to trigger the bonus credit.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

jj444 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets on both outcomes of the same event using bonus funds, and using low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent. Where abuse is confirmed, jj444 reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings, close the account and report the activity where required by law.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to place bets, access the Platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in, facilitating or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption in sport.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino or other multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such bugs must be reported immediately to [email protected].
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any transaction related to illegal activity.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy or anonymising service to circumvent geographic or legal restrictions.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the jj444 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, software code, data compilations, text, images and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of jj444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, display or create derivative works from any Platform content; frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other server or device; or use any data mining, scraping or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of jj444's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jj444 shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, howsoever caused;
• Service interruptions, technical errors or system downtime beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform that contain a manifest error.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jj444's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Termination by jj444

jj444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• The User has engaged in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity;
• The User's continued access poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform;
• jj444 is required to do so by a regulatory body, court order or law enforcement authority.

12.2 Termination by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting jj444 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be satisfied. Remaining real-money balances (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, all outstanding bets that have not yet been settled will be voided and stakes returned unless the outcome has already been determined. Your obligations regarding confidentiality, intellectual property and prohibited conduct survive termination of this Agreement.

This Agreement and any disputes arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jj444 holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

jj444 does not represent that the Platform is appropriate, legal or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan should be aware of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable local laws or regulations. This section does not constitute legal advice.

jj444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent Platform notification at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or urgent operational necessity.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
